I just joined this lovely place. Lots of individuals have contributed so many good things here. I would also like to add some thing for this community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you want to know how to lose 10 lbs in a calendar week, you are likely not seeing for a common diet and exercise plan. You can lose weight with a general diet and exercise plan, However this demands a lot of time doing utmost cardio drills and sticking to a strict diet. Here I will outline the perfect steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a week.

1. Keep Distance from all fried foods for the week
2. Drink an 8oz glass of Citrus paradisi with breakfast every day. (this speeds up up your metabolism)
3. Eat Up limited portions (stop eating when you are full)
4. Rather than taking 3 large a meals a day, consume 5-6 small meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
5. Do not eat anything after 9pm. Calories do not burn, when you eat so late.
6. Take proper sleep every night. Not taking adequate rest has been proven to be a major element to the body storing excess fat.
7. Utilize a body/colon cleanse for the 7 days. This will get rid of unnecessary fat stored close to the tummy area as well as cleanse your body of harmfull pollutants that makes you store fat and feel tired. Flush away excess pounds around the stomach area that otherwise would be hard to lose.

Maestra ELENA..........I have been working with Elena for about 1 year and I must say that if I don,t get to my Voice Lesson,I begin to feel Sick. Elena is in one word INCREDIBLE. She is A real teacher of the True art of singing Not just high note,s, but great technique so that one can sing until there a 100 years old. After my first lesson with her I know that I had struck a Diamond Mine. What I like about Elena is that she knows what is good for one's voice, when it is not yet time to sing some of the Great Composers Repertory, she works with Aria,s or songs that are Natural and just innate for your Instrument, while working on some vocal exercises to put things in place to be able to handle what I call Heavy Operatic Repertory. I Now am able to sing some of Opera,s Most Amazing Aria's such as "Nessun Dorma " Di quella Pira" and also lots of Duets that take at least 15 min to sing, and LOTS LOTS more. If you want to Sing your best, Meaning with Great technique so that you can sing for years to come, TRY ELENAVOCE......................

He recommended that I find a vocal coach to work on singing techniques and to check my language pronunciation...I am working on songs in portuguese, french and spanish.
